Running Into Issues?

Here are the most frequently reported problems and their fixes:

"Parse error" or failed installation — The file may be incomplete. Delete it and download again. Make sure your device runs Android 6.0 or later.

System blocks the installation — The exact path varies by manufacturer: on Samsung look under Settings → Biometrics and Security; on Xiaomi check Settings → Privacy Protection → Special Permissions.

Can't find Binance on the App Store — Confirm you've successfully switched to an overseas Apple ID. The store interface should change to English after you sign in.
